During check-in, you have the ability to review and update demographics; confirm insurance or upload new insurance information; sign consent forms; fill out questionnaires; and review medications, allergies, hospitalizations, and surgical histories.
When you arrive for your appointment, then click ‘I have arrived’ — letting us know that you are ready to be seen.
How it Works:
There are three ways to complete the pre-visit check-in for your most recent appointment
- The day before the appointment, you will automatically receive a Healow secure text reminder to the registered cell phone. You can confirm your appointment by clicking the reminder link and starting the check-in process.
- By logging into the Healow app on your Android or iPhone
- By logging into the patient portal
